Medical Emergency & Active Shooter Training
A special training seminar for faculty provides practical training that would be highly
beneficial if an emergency situation presents itself in a classroom setting.
Classroom Emergencies
University Health Services' Chris Barlow and Pam Stokes along with Dr. Trevor Richardson
from Counseling Services provide emergency management training covering topics ranging
from seizures to mental health assistance and calling for help.
Active Shooter Training
OSU Police Department veteran Sergeant Adam Queen gives outlines safety measures and
provides educational materials for faculty members in the event of a shooting.
