High School Seniors

Tuition: Oklahoma resident high school seniors are eligible for a state concurrent enrollment tuition waiver for up to 18 credit hours during their senior year of high school. The 18-hour limit includes courses taken during the spring, summer, and fall semesters.

Important: This tuition waiver is available only to eligible Oklahoma resident high school seniors. Any credit hours beyond the 18-hour waiver limit will be billed at the regular OSU tuition rate, and students are responsible for those charges.

Fees: Course fees are waived for classes offered through the Cowboy Concurrent Online Program and for concurrent courses taught at Stillwater High School.

Students who choose to enroll in courses outside the Cowboy Concurrent Online Program or in courses taught in person on the OSU Stillwater campus may incur additional course and university fees.

Additional Costs: Students may be responsible for certain expenses that are not covered by tuition waivers or fee scholarships, including:

• Textbooks and course materials
• Exam proctoring fees (when required)

When Are Tuition Waivers and Fee Scholarships Applied?

State tuition waivers and eligible fee scholarships for Oklahoma resident high school seniors are applied to a student's bursar account after the enrollment period ends, typically during the third week of the semester.

Students may initially see tuition and fee charges on their account. Eligible waivers and scholarships will be applied automatically once enrollment has been finalized.

High School Juniors

Tuition: Oklahoma resident high school juniors are eligible for a state concurrent enrollment tuition waiver for up to 9 credit hours during their junior year of high school. The 9-hour limit includes courses taken during the spring, summer, and fall semesters.
Important: This tuition waiver is available only to eligible Oklahoma resident high school juniors. Any credit hours beyond the 9-hour waiver limit will be billed at the full OSU tuition rate, and students are responsible for those charges.

Tuition & Fees: Non-resident high school students enrolled in Cowboy Concurrent Online courses are charged $300 per credit hour, or $900 for a 3-credit-hour course.
Students who enroll in courses outside the Cowboy Concurrent Online program or in classes taught on the OSU Stillwater campus will be charged full tuition and applicable fees.

There is no OSU limit on the number of concurrent credit hours non-resident students may take. However, students should review their state's policies regarding maximum enrollment or learning hours.

Additional Costs: Some courses require textbooks, online access codes, or exam proctoring services, which are the responsibility of the student. A one-time application fee is also charged during a student's first concurrent semester.
