If you are an undergraduate student who has been engaged in and contributed substantively to a research or creative project under the direction of a faculty mentor and/or faculty-led team for a minimum of two semesters;

AND presented your research or creative project at a state, regional, or national conference and/or juried artistic venue;

OR published your research or creative project in a refereed/peer-reviewed research or professional journal, then you should consider applying for the Undergraduate Research Scholar Transcript Designation.

Applications are due November 1 and April 1.
